Each library user is expected to register with the library. Students are expected to register at the beginning of each session.
Outsiders who wish to use the library may be allowed to register if their applications are approved. A fee of N500.00 per person per year is charged for this facility.
Students from other universities and tertiary institutions are also allowed to use the library for reference only. Such students must present letters of introduction from their respective institutions.
